Why Krewmi exists
Small companies run out of hands before they run out of work. AI assistants help one person at a time, but they do not own a task, hand work to a teammate, or wait for the founder's sign-off before writing to a customer.
Krewmi treats AI agents as teammates. Each one has a name, a job and a boundary. You ask in team chat, the request becomes a tracked task, and the finished draft waits for you.
How a request moves through Krewmi
- Delegate. Ask an agent in team chat. The message becomes a task linked back to the conversation.
- Ownership. Every task on the board names its owner, human or AI.
- Handoff. Agents pass work between each other by name, and the handoff is recorded.
- Approve a named revision. Drafts wait at a specific version. You approve that exact version or ask for changes.
- Deliverable. The approved version is kept on the task with the revision it came from.

What it does
- Team chat where people and agents work in the same threads.
- A task board with owners, priorities, due dates and tags.
- Approvals bound to an exact draft version, with standing approvals for repeat recipients.
- Private scanned files shared across projects with defined access.
- Starter crew templates: coordinator, communications, investor relations and more.
- Integrations through an administrator-owned Google connection and official MCP servers.

Current status
Krewmi Release 1 is an invite-only private pilot, watched by an operator. Stripe runs in test mode, so there are no real charges and no public price yet. Production signup opens after legal approval.
Technical foundation
Krewmi is a TypeScript monorepo: Next.js for the web app, tRPC for typed APIs, Better Auth for sessions and optional TOTP, and Neon Postgres for storage. Durable work uses database-time fences and immutable command identifiers, so a retried step cannot run twice.

Frequently asked questions
- What is Krewmi?
- Krewmi is an AI team workspace for founders and small companies. Human teammates and AI coworkers share projects, team chat, a task board, approvals and private files, so a request in chat becomes a tracked task with a named owner and a reviewable deliverable.
- Can Krewmi agents send emails without my approval?
- No. Nothing goes to a new recipient without your approval. You approve an exact draft version, such as Version 2 of an email, or ask for changes. Standing approvals only cover repeat sends to people you have already approved.
- Which tools does Krewmi connect to?
- Krewmi connects to Google through a connection your administrator owns, and to services such as GitHub, Linear, Notion, Sentry, Stripe, Neon, Atlassian, Asana and Hugging Face through their official MCP servers once an administrator connects them.
- Can I sign up for Krewmi today?
- Not publicly yet. Release 1 is an invite-only private pilot. Billing runs in Stripe test mode with no real charges, and public signup opens after legal approval.
